This update includes major enhancements to optimize the performance of FunnelKit Automations and new feature additions.
It brings a host of enhancements, including performance summary notifications, merge tags, automation events, and a variety of optimizations.

1. Weekly and Monthly Advanced Analytics Email Notifications
To help administrators and teams stay informed, we’ve added weekly and monthly email notifications that deliver advanced analytics and insights straight to your inbox.
These automated email performance summary reports provide a snapshot of your campaign performance, including new contacts, emails sent, click-through rates, open rates, orders placed, revenue generated, and engagement metrics.
Note: You can also find a comparison of each value with data from the previous month or week
To use this feature, go to FunnelKit Automations ⇨ Settings ⇨ Notifications and ensure to turn on the toggle for “Enable Email Performance Summary”:
Next, configure the options to set the weekly, monthly, or both notifications to the admin email addresses or other recipients.
Set the time you want to generate and receive these automated reports in your email.
These insights enable you to keep a close eye on progress without needing to log into the platform.
This will help businesses to track performance over time, identifying patterns that can help prepare long-term strategies.
2. Audit Emails for Broken Links, Missing Unsubscribe Tags, and Email Size
The new Email Audit feature helps you check each of your designed emails for common issues such as missing URLs, broken links, unsubscribe tags, and the size of your emails.
This audit option has been added to save you time by allowing you to find all the issues with a single click so you can solve them instantly. Knowing the email size will help you design your email properly so Gmail doesn’t clip it.
Inside the FunnelKit Automations’ built-in visual builder, click on the Preview and Test button when you’re done designing your email.
You’ll see a new Audit Email section:
Hit the Start Now button to check this email, spot potential problems, and fix them before sending your emails.
This tool provides peace of mind by ensuring your emails are optimized, user-friendly, and compliant with policies like CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc., enhancing deliverability and ensuring a polished, professional experience.
3. New Automation Events for AffiliateWP Integration
For users managing affiliates, FunnelKit Automations now supports two powerful new automation events for its AffiliateWP integration:
- Referral Signup - Trigger welcome messages or onboarding sequences when a new referral signs up.
- Referral Status Changed - Trigger sequences when a referral’s status (pending, paid, unpaid, rejected) changes.
These triggers help affiliate management be more hands-off by automating essential steps.
Affiliates receive timely, relevant communications at key stages, improving their experience and helping you easily scale your affiliate program.
4. New LearnDash Enrolled Course IDs Merge Tag for Personalization
The new Enrolled Course IDs merge tag within the LearnDash integration allows for personalized messaging in course-related emails and SMS, adding value to learner communications.
This merge tag dynamically pulls the list of courses a contact is enrolled in, making it easy to send reminders, updates, or progress reports tailored to each learner’s journey.

5. Engagement Tracking Table Optimization
The Engagement Tracking Meta Records setting allows you to control the retention of dynamic merge tags in the engagement tracking table, keeping your database lean and efficient.
With this setting in FunnelKit Automations 3.3.0, you can specify the number of days to clear the engagement tracking meta records automatically.
This lets you retain only the most recent engagement data, reducing the database size and improving system performance.

6. Verify Base Tables to Ensure Database Consistency

Located in the Recoverable Carts section, this feature allows you to easily copy and send a unique cart recovery URL to customers who have abandoned their carts.
You can use this cart recovery link to send direct messages (emails and SMS) to contacts under the profile section in FunnelKit Automations.

8. Item SKU-Specific Conditional Rules in Automation
